Returns & Exchanges

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items from our product categories cannot be returned:
- Used bait (from ForelVissen, Karper Vissen, Roof Vissen sections)
- Custom-made fishing lines (Vis Lijnen section)
- Opened packages of chemicals or liquids
- Products without original packaging or with damaged safety seals

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Step 3: Ship the Product Back
Carefully package the product in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and labels. Clearly attach the shipping label to the box.
Important: Ship the package with a track & trace service and keep the shipping receipt until the return is processed.
Step 4: Processing by Our Team
After receiving your return, we will inspect the product within 3 business days. Upon approval:
- For refunds: we will process your refund according to your original payment method
- For exchanges: we will ship the new product according to your preference

Once your return is approved:
